Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement advanced machine learning algorithms for predictive analytics and business optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into data science solutions
- Develop robust data pipelines and ETL processes for large-scale datasets
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of data excellence
- Present findings to executive stakeholders with clear, actionable insights
Kualifikasi
- S1/S2 in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional data science experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong foundation in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into business strategies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
