Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive prenatal examinations and health education
- Manage high-risk pregnancy cases with specialist collaboration
- Lead postpartum recovery programs and newborn care workshops
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Train junior midwives on latest clinical protocols
- Develop community health initiatives for maternal wellness

Kualifikasi
- S.Kep / S.Keb in Midwifery (STR Bidan active)
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience in hospital settings
- Certification in Advanced Obstetric Emergencies
- Expertise in ultrasound interpretation for OB/GYN
- Strong counseling skills for maternal mental health
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
- Leadership experience in multidisciplinary teams
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with English proficiency
