Tanggung Jawab
- Manage medication dispensing with 100% accuracy verification
- Provide comprehensive patient counseling on drug usage and side effects
- Oversee pharmacy inventory control and cold chain management
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian pharmacy regulations (BPOM, POM)
- Collaborate with medical teams on therapeutic drug monitoring

Kualifikasi
- S1 Farmasi (S1 Apoteker) from accredited university
- Minimal 3 years experience in hospital/clinical pharmacy setting
- Valid STRA (Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker) license
- Certification in Good Pharmacy Practices (GPP) preferred
- Advanced knowledge of pharmacokinetics and drug interactions
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software (e.g., Apotek Digital)
- Exceptional communication and patient education skills
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
