Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense medications with meticulous accuracy and patient counseling
- Manage pharmaceutical inventory and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with physicians on drug therapy optimization
- Lead clinical pharmacy initiatives for chronic disease management
- Train junior pharmacists on SOPs and quality standards
- Conduct medication safety audits and adverse event reporting
- Develop patient education materials on pharmaceutical care
Kualifikasi
- S1 Farmasi dengan STR Apoteker aktif
- Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman di klinik/spesialisasi
- Sertifikasi Farmasi Klinis (diutamakan)
- Kemampuan analisis data farmasi yang kuat
- Pengalaman manajemen inventer obat-obatan
- Komunikasi lisan dan tertulis yang luar biasa
- Memahami regulasi BPOM dan Kemenkes RI
- Kemampuan kerja tim dan pemimpin yang efektif
