Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense prescription medications with meticulous accuracy and patient counseling
- Monitor drug interactions, contraindications, and dosage adjustments

Kualifikasi
- S1 Farmasi (S1 Pharmacy) degree from accredited institution
- SIM-A (Apoteker) license with active STRA
- Minimum 3 years hospital/clinical pharmacy experience
- Certification in Clinical Pharmacy or Hospital Pharmacy preferred
- Expertise in pharmaceutical regulations and drug safety protocols
- Strong analytical and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software (e.g., e-Rx, HIS)
