Tanggung Jawab
- Meticulously dispense prescription medications with precision and adherence to pharmaceutical standards
- Counsel patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and health management strategiesMaintain accurate inventory control and ensure optimal stock rotation of pharmaceutical products
- Collaborate with medical staff to develop comprehensive patient care plans
- Ensure strict compliance with national pharmacy regulations and clinic protocols
- Provide expert health education to patients regarding medication safety and wellness
- Monitor and report adverse drug reactions to regulatory authorities
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Pharmacy (Sarjana Farmasi) from accredited university
- Current Apoteker license (STR) from Indonesian Pharmacy Association (IAI)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical/hospital pharmacy experience
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations and drug formularies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain complex medical information
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred
