Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement cybersecurity measures including firewalls, intrusion detection, and access control protocols
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios/Zabbix and optimize resource utilization
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute backup/restore procedures
- Document IT infrastructure, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and mentor junior team members
- Coordinate vendor relationships for hardware/software procurement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (S1 Teknik Informatika)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, Linux+, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking and VLAN configuration
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with professional English communication skills
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts for critical incidents
