Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain scalable frontend applications using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Implement responsive UI/UX designs with HTML5, CSS3, and Sass/SCSS
- Optimize web performance through code splitting, lazy loading, and caching strategies
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services with secure authentication
- Conduct cross-browser testing and debug complex technical issues
- Collaborate with UX designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation
- Mentor junior developers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 4 years of professional web development experience
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and modern frontend tooling
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS preferred)
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Node.js and backend integration patterns
- Knowledge of web security best practices and performance optimization
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ production-level web applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
