Tanggung Jawab
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student goals
- Conduct engaging one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions (max 3 students)
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed performance feedback
- Collaborate with parents and academic advisors to track development
- Utilize digital platforms for interactive learning and progress tracking
- Prepare students for standardized tests and academic competitions
- Maintain session records and compile monthly progress reports
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree from reputable university (Education/Pedagogy preferred)
- Minimum 2 years proven tutoring experience with measurable student outcomes
- Expertise in national curriculum (KTSP/K13) and international standards
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities to diagnose learning gaps
- Certification in teaching methodology (e.g., PPG, PGSD) advantageous
- Reliable transportation for in-home sessions in Jakarta area
