Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues via phone, email, and remote support
- Document all interactions in CRM systems with precision and clarity
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate critical infrastructure problems
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge base articles for self-service portals
- Conduct proactive system health checks and preventative maintenance
- Train junior support staff on troubleshooting methodologies
- Monitor ticket queues to ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in enterprise-level technical support roles
- Expertise in Windows/Linux systems and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (Zendesk/Jira) and remote tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis capabilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
