Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years in enterprise-level technical support roles
  • Expertise in Windows/Linux systems and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
  • Proficiency with ticketing systems (Zendesk/Jira) and remote tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis capabilities
