Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, system performance, and application errors
- Document all client interactions and solutions in our CRM/ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers with detailed problem documentation
- Conduct remote system installations and configuration for new clients
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles for common troubleshooting scenarios
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential technical risks
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in technical support or helpdesk roles
- Proficiency in Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and cloud services
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills with ability to analyze complex technical problems
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and strong English communication skills
- Certification in CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent technical qualification
- Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends for 24/7 support coverage
- Strong customer service orientation with patience under pressure
