Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, system performance, and application errors
  • Document all client interactions and solutions in our CRM/ticketing system
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers with detailed problem documentation
  • Conduct remote system installations and configuration for new clients
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles for common troubleshooting scenarios
  • Monitor system health and proactively address potential technical risks

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years experience in technical support or helpdesk roles
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and cloud services
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills with ability to analyze complex technical problems
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and strong English communication skills
  • Certification in CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent technical qualification
  • Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends for 24/7 support coverage
  • Strong customer service orientation with patience under pressure
