Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux server environments across 50+ endpoints
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid network configurations
- Provide Level 2-3 technical support and automate system monitoring
- Document IT procedures and maintain disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Manage user access controls and directory services (Active Directory)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent certification
- 3+ years experience in enterprise system administration
- Expert proficiency in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Ubuntu Server
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and container technologies
- Cloud certification (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and professional English communication
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to work under pressure
