Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and customer service standards
- Lead and develop team of 10+ retail associates through coaching and performance management
- Analyze sales data to implement strategies that meet monthly KPIs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for stock replenishment
- Handle customer escalations and maintain brand reputation
- Prepare weekly sales reports and operational insights
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years retail supervisory experience in Jakarta
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and team development
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in retail management software
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
