Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and quality standards
- Train, mentor, and supervise team members to maximize productivity
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for leadership
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects to meet organizational goals
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions
- Conduct regular team meetings to align objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Business Management, Operations, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in supervisory role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and operational software
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certification in Lean Management or Six Sigma preferred
