Tanggung Jawab
- Lead architectural design for microservices infrastructure serving 2M+ daily active users
- Mentor 5+ senior engineers through technical reviews and career development
- Define cloud migration strategy for legacy systems on AWS/Azure
- Establish CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering standards
- Represent engineering in stakeholder presentations
Kualifikasi
- 8+ years experience in software development with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in Java/Python and distributed systems
- Proven track record designing high-availability systems (>99.9% uptime)
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Computer Science degree or equivalent industry certification
- Published open-source contributions preferred
