Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure including cloud networks and security protocols
- Lead cross-functional digital transformation initiatives across departments
- Develop and maintain robust disaster recovery systems with 99.9% uptime SLA
- Mentor junior IT staff through technical training and knowledge sharing sessions
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with CTO to align IT strategy with business objectives
- Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent with 5+ years progressive experience
- Advanced certifications (AWS/Azure, CISSP, or equivalent)
- Expertise in enterprise-level infrastructure (VMware, Kubernetes, Terraform)
- Proven track record in leading complex IT projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
