Tanggung Jawab
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure system architectures for our core platforms.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conducting code reviews and technical discussions to foster a culture of excellence.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with Product Managers and CTOs to define technical roadmaps and make critical architectural decisions.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring our systems handle high traffic loads efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps and QA teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and improve deployment processes.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a Staff or Senior Engineering role.
- Language: Proficiency in Java, Go, or Python with deep understanding of backend systems.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Database Skills: Expertise in designing and optimizing relational and NoSQL databases.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
