Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with company objectives
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations (SAI) and tax laws
- Mentor junior staff and optimize financial workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting/Finance with minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Strong expertise in Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in SAP FICO and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent preferred
- Proven track record in financial leadership and team management
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with business-level English proficiency
