Tanggung Jawab
- Lead architectural design and implementation of scalable microservices infrastructure
- Mentor senior engineers and establish technical best practices across teams

Kualifikasi
- 10+ years software development experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-availability architectures
- Proven track record of mentoring technical teams to excellence
- Experience with fintech compliance and security standards
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
