Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and design highly scalable, distributed backend systems using microservices.
- Lead technical strategy and architectural decision-making for complex product features.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and establish rigorous quality standards.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize database performance, API latency, and system throughput.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and QA teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Staff or Lead capacity.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Go, or Python.
- Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Extensive knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Proven track record of improving system reliability and performance in high-traffic environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
