Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve Tier 2-3 technical issues across cloud platforms and enterprise systems
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge base documentation in Bahasa Indonesia
- Coordinate cross-functional escalation with engineering and product teams
- Implement proactive monitoring solutions to prevent service disruptions
- Conduct periodic system health checks and performance optimization
- Train junior support staff on troubleshooting methodologies
- Analyze support trends to identify product improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Min. 3 years experience in enterprise technical support or DevOps
- Expert proficiency in Linux/Windows server administration
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) and CI/CD pipeline knowledge
- Industry certifications (AWS/Azure/Linux+) highly valued
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent written communication
- Proven experience with remote team collaboration tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving cases
