  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge base documentation in Bahasa Indonesia

  • Implement proactive monitoring solutions to prevent service disruptions
  • Conduct periodic system health checks and performance optimization
  • Train junior support staff on troubleshooting methodologies

Kualifikasi

  • Min. 3 years experience in enterprise technical support or DevOps
  • Expert proficiency in Linux/Windows server administration
  • Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) and CI/CD pipeline knowledge
  • Industry certifications (AWS/Azure/Linux+) highly valued
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent written communication
  • Proven experience with remote team collaboration tools
