Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and remote support channels
- Document cases meticulously in our CRM system with detailed resolution steps
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex technical challenges
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge base articles
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential disruptions
- Train customers on product features and best practices
- Analyze support metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in technical support or helpdesk roles
- Expert proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical abilities
- Fluent Bahasa Indonesia with advanced English communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
