Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across multiple platforms (hardware, software, networking)
- Provide Tier 2/3 support via phone, email, and remote access tools
- Document incidents, solutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with engineering teams for escalated technical challenges
- Monitor system health and proactively identify improvement opportunities
- Train junior support staff on troubleshooting methodologies
- Contribute to IT infrastructure optimization projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years enterprise-level technical support experience
- Expert proficiency in Windows/Linux OS and network protocols
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Certification in ITIL or CompTIA Network+ preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with CRM/ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
