Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, email, SEO, and paid channels
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum ROI
- Manage content creation calendar including blog posts, videos, and infographics
- Collaborate with design team to produce engaging visual assets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings
- Lead cross-functional projects to launch new product campaigns
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years proven experience in digital marketing with portfolio of successful campaigns
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data
- Exceptional written and verbal communication in Indonesian and English
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Proven track record of achieving KPIs in conversion rates and engagement
