Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across cloud platforms and enterprise software
- Document cases meticulously using Zendesk and maintain SLA compliance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate critical system bugs
- Conduct remote training sessions for enterprise clients
- Monitor system health via Datadog and proactively address anomalies
- Develop troubleshooting knowledge base articles
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (3+ years experience)
- Expert-level proficiency in Linux/Windows server administration
- Advanced networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Experience with AWS/Azure cloud services
- Certification in ITIL or CompTIA Network+
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts
