Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across cloud infrastructure and enterprise systems
- Develop comprehensive knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify product improvement opportunities
- Mentor junior support staff through peer review sessions
- Implement proactive monitoring systems to prevent service disruptions
- Analyze support metrics to optimize service delivery SLAs
- Lead cross-functional projects for service enhancement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Computer Science or related field with 3+ years technical support experience
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and enterprise networking
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for SaaS applications and databases
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/verbal)
- Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA Network+, or AWS Solutions Architect
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk/Jira) and CRM platforms
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven problem-solving approach
- Exceptional communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
