Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to implementation
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- mentor junior designers and promote design excellence
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies
- Ability to translate business goals into compelling user journeys
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
