Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to launch, ensuring a consistent user experience across all touchpoints.
- Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to validate design decisions.
- Mentor junior designers and collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into intuitive designs.
- Contribute to and evolve our Design System, ensuring scalability and accessibility standards.
- Present design solutions and defend creative decisions to stakeholders with confidence.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Design or UI/UX.
- Proficient in Figma with advanced prototyping capabilities.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of projects, including mobile and web applications.
- Excellent understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and design systems.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
