Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement production-grade ML pipelines using TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Lead AI model development for real-time data processing systems
- Optimize algorithms for cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Mentor junior engineers on MLOps best practices
- Conduct research on novel AI applications in Indonesian market
- Collaborate with product teams to define AI-driven features
- Ensure ethical AI implementation and bias mitigation
Kualifikasi
- S3 degree in Computer Science/ML/AI or equivalent experience
- 5+ years developing production ML systems
- Expertise in Python, Scikit-learn, and deep learning frameworks
- Strong statistical modeling and data visualization skills
- Experience with cloud ML services and CI/CD pipelines
- Published research or open-source contributions preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
