Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise 10-15 security personnel across multiple shifts
- Implement and enforce security protocols at high-value client sites
- Conduct regular patrol inspections and incident reporting
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services
- Train security staff in emergency response procedures
- Monitor CCTV systems and access control systems
- Prepare daily activity logs and compliance reports
Kualifikasi
- SMA/Sederajat dengan sertifikat Satpam minimal A/B
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Supervisor Keamanan
- Certifikasi P3K dan Sertifikat Pemadam Kebakaran
- Kemampuan komunikasi yang luar biasa dan kepemimpinan
- Pengetahuan sistem keamanan modern (CCTV, Access Control)
- Siawa bekerja shift dan siaga 24 jam
- Integritas tinggi dan disiplin ketat
