Tanggung Jawab
- Implement comprehensive surveillance systems and patrol protocols to prevent security breaches
- Monitor CCTV operations and respond immediately to suspicious activities
- Manage access control systems for personnel and vehicles at high-security premises
- Coordinate with local authorities during emergency situations and incident reporting
- Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain detailed security documentation
- Provide professional client assistance and maintain security presence at all entry points
- Train junior security personnel on advanced protection techniques
Kualifikasi
- Sijil Satpam (Security Officer Certification) from officially recognized institution
- Minimum 2 years experience in commercial property security
- Valid SIM A (Motorcycle License) and clean driving record
- Physical fitness certification and ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Proficiency in basic first aid and emergency response procedures
- Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of modern security technology (CCTV, access control systems)
- Ability to maintain composure under high-pressure situations
