Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor premises via CCTV systems and patrols to prevent unauthorized access
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies with established protocols
- Verify visitor credentials and maintain access control at entry points
- Prepare detailed security reports and incident documentation
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when required
- Conduct regular safety inspections and report hazards
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors
Kualifikasi
- Valid Satpam certification (Sertifikasi Satpam)
- Minimum 1 year security guard experience in commercial/residential settings
- Strong observational skills and situational awareness
- Basic first aid and emergency response training
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
- Good physical health and stamina for standing/patrolling duties
- Proficient in basic security technology (CCTV, access control systems)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
