Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor premises via CCTV and patrol systems to prevent security breaches
- Control access points and verify visitor credentials with professional demeanor
- Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate with local authorities
- Prepare detailed incident reports and daily activity logs
- Conduct routine safety inspections of facilities and equipment
- Provide courteous assistance to tenants and visitors
- Collaborate with team members during shift transitions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate with valid Satpam certification (SERTA)
- Minimum 2 years security experience in commercial/residential settings
- Physical fitness and ability to work rotating shifts including nights
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Basic first aid and firefighting certification preferred
- Proficiency with security systems (CCTV, access control)
- Clean police record and valid SIM A
- High integrity and attention to detail
