Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine patrols and security inspections of the facility premises and perimeter.
- Manage and control access points, verifying identities of visitors and employees.
- Monitor closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems and respond immediately to alarms or irregularities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate incident reports, logbooks, and daily activity sheets.
- Enforce company safety policies and emergency procedures strictly.
- Assist in emergency response situations and conduct regular evacuation drills.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) with strong physical fitness.
- Valid SKCK (Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian) and National ID Card (KTP).
- Previous experience in security, hospitality, or facility management is an advantage.
- Excellent observation skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong integrity and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including nights and public holidays.
