Tanggung Jawab
- Perform diagnostic radiography procedures (X-ray, CT, MRI) with precision and patient care
- Operate advanced imaging equipment and maintain quality control protocols
- Ensure radiation safety compliance and patient comfort during procedures
- Collaborate with radiologists for accurate image interpretation
- Document and maintain patient records according to HIPAA standards
- Train junior radiographers on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Radiography or Medical Imaging Technology (D3 accepted with experience)
- SIMRS certification (STR Tenaga Kesehatan Radiologi) mandatory
- Minimum 3 years of clinical radiography experience
- Expertise in X-ray, CT, and MRI procedures
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols
- Excellent interpersonal skills for patient interaction
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Proficiency in medical imaging software (PACS/RIS)
