Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using standardized tools
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse clientele
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions (CBT, ACT, psychodynamic)
- Lead crisis intervention protocols for acute mental health cases
- Supervise junior psychologists and clinical psychology interns
- Conduct research initiatives aligned with clinic's innovation goals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance records
Kualifikasi
- S1 Psikologi with specialization in Clinical Psychology (S2 preferred)
- STRPs (Surat Tanda Registrasi Psikolog) certification
- Minimum 5 years post-license clinical experience
- Expertise in trauma-informed care and diagnostic assessment
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong crisis management and de-escalation skills
- Experience with EMR systems (Psychsoft preferred)
- Active membership in Ikatan Psikologi Indonesia (IPSI)
