Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse client populations
- Provide specialized psychotherapy (CBT, ACT, trauma-informed care)
- Lead crisis intervention and emergency mental health support
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated care
- Supervise junior psychologists and interns
- Conduct clinical research and contribute to evidence-based practices
Kualifikasi
- S1 Psikologi with S2/S3 specialization in Clinical Psychology
- STRPs (Sertifikasi Tenaga Psikolog) active registration
- Minimum 5 years clinical practice experience
- Expertise in diagnostic assessment tools (MMPI, WAIS, etc.)
- Certification in evidence-based therapies (CBT/DBT preferred)
- Strong crisis intervention and trauma management skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience in supervisory roles
