Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using standardized tools
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for diverse client populations
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy (CBT, ACT, trauma-informed approaches)
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for integrated care coordination
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports
- Participate in case conferences and professional development activities
- Conduct crisis intervention and emergency psychological support
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Psychology from accredited institution
- Professional psychologist license (HIMPSI certification)
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in mental health setting
- Expertise in diagnostic assessment and therapeutic techniques
- Strong crisis intervention and multicultural competence
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical practice and continuing education
