Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using standardized tools
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for diverse populations
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions for anxiety, depression, trauma
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated patient care
- Document clinical progress using EMR systems with precision
- Conduct crisis intervention and emergency psychological support
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards in all practices
Kualifikasi
- S1 in Psychology with S2/S3 in Clinical Psychology
- STRPsy/KepPsy license from Indonesian Psychological Association (HIMPSI)
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in hospital/community setting
- Proficiency in CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed methodologies
- Certification in psychological assessment tools (e.g., MMPI-2, Rorschach)
- Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong crisis management and de-escalation techniques
