Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using standardized tools
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Develop personalized treatment plans for diverse mental health conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care
- Document clinical progress and maintain confidential records
- Conduct crisis intervention and emergency support services
- Lead community mental health workshops and awareness programs
Kualifikasi
- S1/S2 in Clinical Psychology with S-PSIK certification
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in mental health settings
- Valid license from Indonesian Psychological Association (HIMPSI)
- Expertise in CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed approaches
- Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills for adult populations
- Excellent communication and cultural competency
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness for occasional travel to partner locations
