Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for diverse client populations
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and social workers for integrated care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports
- Participate in community outreach programs and mental health workshops
- Stay current with latest therapeutic techniques and research
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Psychology from accredited university
- STRPs (Sertifikasi Tenaga Psikolog) license
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience
- Expertise in CBT, ACT, or trauma-informed approaches
- Strong diagnostic and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and cultural competence
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with teletherapy platforms preferred
