Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care across diverse departments (ER, ICU, Medical-Surgical)
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient observations and care plans accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions and discharge planning
- Maintain strict infection control protocols and safety standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- S1 Keperawatan (S1 Nursing Degree) from accredited institution
- STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) Keperawatan aktif
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care settings
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certified
- Strong proficiency in electronic medical record systems
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
