Tanggung Jawab
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Order Management: Present menus, explain daily specials, and take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Service Delivery: Serve dishes promptly, ensuring proper plating, temperature, and garnish presentation.
- Table Maintenance: Monitor dining areas, clear tables efficiently, and reset them for the next guest cycle.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between the kitchen and the dining room to ensure timely service and address special requests.
- Hygiene Standards: Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter or in a similar role is preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Attitude: A positive, friendly demeanor with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Reliability: Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 10kg).
