Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure including LAN/WAN configurations
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Cisco Prime
- Implement security protocols (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS) to protect critical systems
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement proactive maintenance
- Document network architecture and create disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid cloud integration projects
- Lead network upgrade initiatives and technology refresh cycles
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent certification (CCNA/JNCIA)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper routing and switching
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configurations
- Proficiency in network automation tools (Ansible, Python)
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) and SD-WAN solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Relevant certifications (CCNP/JNCIP preferred)
