Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and SEO channels
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize campaign performance
- Manage content creation including blog posts, videos, and social media assets
- Collaborate with sales team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Track KPIs and generate detailed performance reports for stakeholders
- Manage budget allocation and ROI analysis for marketing activities
- Stay updated with emerging marketing technologies and platform updates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing with proven track record
- Expertise in Indonesian social media landscape (Instagram, TikTok, LINE)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and marketing automation tools
- Fluent in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficient in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in team environments
- Portfolio demonstrating successful marketing campaigns
