Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing channels
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CAC, ROAS) using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot
- Lead content creation initiatives including blog posts, videos, and social media assets in Bahasa Indonesia
- Manage PPC campaigns with monthly budgets exceeding IDR 500M
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Present monthly performance reports to C-suite stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with 3+ years digital marketing experience
- Proven expertise in Indonesian social media landscape (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business)
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Experience managing marketing automation platforms (HubSpot/Mailchimp)
- Certification in Google Analytics or Digital Marketing preferred
