Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, social, and traditional channels
- Lead end-to-end campaign management from ideation to post-campaign analysis
- Conduct market research and consumer behavior analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Manage cross-functional teams (design, content, digital) to ensure brand consistency
- Optimize marketing ROI through A/B testing, KPI tracking, and performance analytics
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals
- Oversee budget allocation and vendor partnerships for marketing activities
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with 5+ years of marketing experience
- Proven track record in developing successful marketing campaigns in Indonesia
- Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Proficient in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint preferred
