Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies across digital, social media, and traditional platforms
- Lead end-to-end campaign management from ideation to post-campaign analysis with measurable KPIs
- Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets across PPC, SEO, content marketing, and social media channels
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior data to identify growth opportunities and competitive insights
- Collaborate with product teams to create compelling messaging and positioning for new tech launches
- Oversee brand management initiatives including visual identity guidelines and tone of voice consistency
- Lead a team of 5 marketing specialists through mentorship, performance evaluation, and strategic guidance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business with 5+ years of progressive marketing experience
- Proven track record of developing successful digital marketing campaigns in the Indonesian market
- Expertise in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot) with data-driven decision making
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certification in digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) or equivalent professional credentials
- Deep understanding of Southeast Asian consumer behavior and emerging digital trends
