Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, and SEO/SEM
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to optimize campaign performance
- Manage budget allocation and ROI reporting for marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with product teams on go-to-market strategies for new offerings
- Oversee content creation and brand messaging across all platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience with 2+ years in management
- Proven expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Exceptional project management and team leadership abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful campaign execution
