Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies aligned with company objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams (15+ professionals) to drive project delivery and process optimization
- Analyze KPIs and implement data-driven improvements to enhance efficiency
- Manage departmental budget (Rp 2B+) and resource allocation effectively
- Collaborate with C-suite on strategic planning and organizational development
- Implement digital transformation initiatives across operational workflows
- Mentor junior managers and foster talent development within the team
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Business Management/Industrial Engineering or related field (S2 preferred)
- Minimum 8 years operational management experience in tech/manufacturing
- Proven track record leading teams of 10+ professionals
- Expertise in process optimization and digital transformation
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Certifications in Six Sigma/Lean Management highly valued
